I’m Casey, and I’ve spent over a decade working across government and non-government services, focusing on the sharp end of regulatory compliance and monitoring. With a Graduate Certificate in Human Services, my career has been built on a mix of community development and compliance. Whether it’s residential services, the NDIS, or early childhood, I focus on the details that ensure quality and safety. I’ve now taken that experience into Casey Consulting Co., where I help NDIS providers navigate the maze of compliance and pre-audit requirements without the stress.

My drive to help others comes from how I was raised. Growing up in a big family, my parents instilled a real sense of resilience, pride, passion, and a willingness to help others. My father has been an emergency services officer for 40 years and still serves his community today; his level of dedication is what inspired my own commitment to the human services sector. Those values stay with me, whether I’m being a mum to my teenage twins or out looking for my next big adventure.

When I’m not working, I’m usually chasing a different kind of passion. I’m a total coffee enthusiast and I love hunting for those hidden-gem cafes and the perfect brew, it’s that mix of technical monitoring, creativity, and a bit of an adventurous spirit that keeps me moving.
